The management of ILL requests from Získej.cz is located in the new user interface, which we can enter from the ILL tab and the Získej.cz sub-tab.

We process incoming ILL requests by selecting the ILL - Incoming ILL request option in the menu on the left and double-clicking to open the request we want to handle.

If we decide to accept and handle the request, we click the Accept button.

If the ILL was ordered via automatic library assignment, Tritius receives from Získej.cz the identifier of the work that it is to assign to the request. Thanks to this, the ILL is immediately linked to the required work and a reservation is created. If the ILL was ordered via manual library assignment, Získej.cz does not pass the identifier of the specific work to the library system. Tritius tries to find and select the work itself by ISBN. If it fails to select the work automatically, the work must be assigned manually, see figure 3b. The work can be assigned manually by searching for the work or by scanning a specific item.

If the ILL is already linked to a specific work, the item can be lent straight away in the circulation protocol. The ILL is then accepted automatically.

Next, in the request form we can select the date by which we want the requesting library to return the document. If no date is selected, the end of the loan is set automatically as the return date once the item has been lent, based on the loan rule. The loan must be made through the circulation protocol. Clicking the Borrow button redirects us to the circulation protocol in a new panel.

Assigning an item is not required to make the loan. It is enough if the work is assigned.

In the circulation protocol we register the arrival of the library and scan the item it requested.

After the requesting library returns the document to us, we process its return in the circulation protocol. When the item is returned, Tritius automatically closes the incoming ILL.
